Latino Congregations in Trinidad & Tobago Unite for Powerful ‘Night of Worship’ Vigil
On the evening of January 31, 2025, members of the growing Latin Church of the Nazarene in Trinidad and Tobago gathered to mark a significant moment in their spiritual journey. As the sun set, Venezuelans, Dominicans, Cubans, and others came together in unity for a powerful “Night of Worship,” the culmination of 21 days of fasting and prayer.
The event, which was part of the Church’s efforts to “Rebuild the Walls” followed the vision set forth by Superintendent Rev. Rian Williams. In his call to action for the Church of the Nazarene in Trinidad and Tobago, Rev. Williams inspired members to continue seeking God’s guidance and strength in the new year.
The “Night of Worship” was a deeply moving experience, filled with moments of praise, prayer, worship, intercession, testimonies, and the sharing of God’s Word. Above all, it was a beautiful time of fellowship, as Latinos in Trinidad and Tobago came together to bond in faith, support, and shared joy. The event marked an unforgettable milestone in the vibrant and growing community of believers in the District. Latino congregations from St. James, Arima and Point Fortin were represented.
