Annual Meetings
Schedule and Deadlines
Local churches should note the following information regarding the 2025 Annual Meeting Schedule:
- If necessary, churches may alter the scheduled date only after consulting with the respective chairpersons and providing advance notice to the District Office and Resource Centre (D.O.R.C.)
- There should be no rescheduled annual meetings after February 23rd, 2025
- Elections are to be held on or before the church’s Annual Meeting.
The deadlines for submitting reports to the D.O.R.C are as follows:
